Scott Sullivan
OceanaGold Corp. appointed Gerard Bond as the president and CEO. Bond will also serve as a member of the board of directors. Most recently, he was the finance director and CFO at Newcrest Mining Ltd. from January 2012 to January 2022. Scott Sullivan will continue as acting president and CEO until Bond’s commencement on April 4, following which he will revert to his role as COO and support the leadership transition.
