Kinross Gold Corp. appointed Andrea S. Freeborough as CFO, effective May 1, to replace Tony S. Giardini, who will be leaving the company. Freeborough first joined Kinross in 2009 as vice president, corporate controller. Most recently, she was vice president, investor relations and corporate development.
