A course for mining managers, geologists, engineers and others in projects or dealing with risks will take place in Toronto, Canada, from June 5-7, 2013. The event will highlight recent advances in finance theory and risk management that has heavily influenced investment decision-making in the finance and insurance industries.

The course delves into dynamic discounted cash flow techniques, while allowing valuation professionals to improve economic and risk analysis via cash flow models combining descriptions of uncertainty—while managing uncertainties through design and operational strategies.
