Minasco Australia said it has been selected by Canadian mining company Northgate Minerals Corp. for liquidation of the mining fleet, other vehicles, SAG mill and process equipment from Northgate’s Kemess South mine in British Columbia following completion of surface mining there.
To ensure prompt delivery of items to interested buyers, Minasco has initiated a pre-emptive dismantling and logistics program in cooperation with international shippers and local contractors.
Minasco Australia, based in Victoria, provides services to the mining industry involving realization and acquisition of mineral processing plants and mining equipment on a total-project approach.
