H-E Parts International, which provides aftermarket parts and components for mining, crushing and heavy-construction equipment, announced the acquisition of Seattle, Washington, USA-based B&G Machine Inc., a well-known independent high-horsepower diesel engine remanufacturer.
Michael Coffey, chief operating officer, Americas, for H-E Parts, said, “Our customers have been asking H-E Parts for diesel remanufacturing services for years. The acquisition of B&G will result in a significant upgrade in the value we bring to our customers around the world. The combination of B&G diesel technology, Birrana wheel ends and Crown haul truck technologies rounds out our surface mining product portfolio.”
