Jochen Tilk-min
AngloGold Ashanti (AGA) announced that Maria Ramos, will not stand for re-election at the upcoming annual general meeting at the end of May. The AGA Board has voted unanimously to appoint Jochen Tilk as chairman. He was previously executive director of Nutrien Inc., and president and CEO of Potash Corp. Prior to that, Tilk spent 25 years with Inmet Mining Corp.
