Forth announced the development of a big tracked rescue robot that can be remotely driven into disaster areas to clear roads or respond to spills. It is built on a 1.6-mt JCB compact excavator platform, designed for operation in hazardous environments, and features automation, wireless solutions, cameras and lights.

It can tow a trailer with a hopper that can dump sand on a spill. It has a grapple hook to remove an obstruction. It features a 700-bar tool that can cut through obstacles.

It is managed using a mobile command and control center with video-streaming capability that can operate from 150 m away from the rescue zone.
