Athox Mining Solutions reported their High Frequency Screens enhance both the quality and the speed of material processing, giving a better performance in the overall process. The screens are designed to vibrate between 3,000 and 4,500 rpm.

The high-frequency vibration rate enables effective separation of materials and recovery of fines in dry applications, which often challenge conventional screening systems, the company said.

The slope also helps to reduce material blockage and buildup on the screen media, Athox Mining Solutions said. Athox equipment is built to operate sloped at between a 30° and 40°.

The screens can reportedly handle a high volume of material in a short period of time.

The screens are also available with one, two and three decks and allow different adjustments to be made for each type of drive or sector of the screen. They offer “exceptional resistance to wear and abrasion, ensuring a long life cycle and minimizing the need for frequent maintenance and replacement,” the supplier said.
