bauma 2022 announced 97% of the available space is confirmed, and the mining sector will be broadly represented. At the trade fair in Munich in the fourth quarter, leading mining OEMs will display the most state-of-the art solutions and lead discussions on the biggest trends in the industry.
Mining OEMs that will attend include BHS Sonthofen, Herrenknecht, Komatsu, Liebherr, Schulte Strathaus, Zeppelin Baumaschinen, Matrix Design Group, Resemin, Roco9, Tesab Engineering, Weber Mining and Minearc Systems.
The booth sales numbers and the dialogue with customers suggests the show will draw a crowd, exhibition services company Messe München said. “I am really confident that the situation will soon have improved to the point that we will be able to put on an exciting bauma that will attract a large number of international companies and visitors,” CEO Klaus Dittrich said.
The exhibition will focus on five main topics, including zero emissions, automation and sustainability.
The webinar series begins in March. The exhibition runs October 24 to 30.
