RPMGlobal announced it will acquire Nitro Solutions Pty Ltd. The latter is an environmental, social and governance (ESG) services company in Australia.
The Nitro team will join RPMGlobal personnel to form a dedicated ESG division, RPMGlobal said. “This gives us great confidence that we can build a world-class, mining-focused ESG business leveraging an ESG team that knows and understands mining from the ground up,” RPMGlobal CEO Richard Mathews said.
