Randgold and Endeavour Form Exploration JV in Côte d’Ivoire
Randgold Resources and Endeavour Mining have established a joint venture covering their adjacent Mankono and Sissedougou exploration properties in northern Côte d’Ivoire. Under the terms of the agreement, Randgold and Endeavour will hold 70% and 30% interests, respectively, in the joint venture.
Randgold will be the joint-venture operator, and both companies will contribute to the annual exploration budget in accordance with their shareholdings. A $3.8 million exploration campaign has been approved for the remainder of 2017 and 2018.
