SNC-Lavalin Group changed its name to AtkinsRéalis. Representing the brands SNC-Lavalin, Atkins, Faithful+Gould, DTS and Atkins Acuity, the name AtkinsRéalis unites the organization, the company said.
Headquartered in Montréal, Canada, AtkinsRéalis employs 36,000 across markets and regions to deliver end-to-end solutions.
In 2022, SNC-Lavalin won a 2-year contract for design and engineering services for the Pedra de Ferro Project in northeast Brazil. The project includes an iron ore mining operation in the state of Bahia. Since then, the company won a sustainability award for its work on the Salobo III project in Carajás, Pará, Brazil.
