Magnetics specialist Eriez has released a 14-page brochure to help customers select the proper magnetic separating equipment for their processing operation. The brochure, titled “How to Choose and Use Magnetic Separators,” identifies the various magnetic separators offered by Eriez and the proper applications of each when removing ferrous contaminants in an industrial environment. The individual magnetic separators in the brochure include: plate and grate magnets, liquid line traps, pneumatic line RF magnets, suspended magnets, magnetic pulleys and drums, and high intensity magnets. The brochure describes types of materials being processed, magnetic separation techniques, application considerations and a wide variety of magnetic separation equipment available from the vendor.
