Sandvik Mining and Construction announced it has entered into a dealer agreement with Canadian-based Cubex Limited to market, distribute and support its underground mining product line including all underground drills, booster/compressor packages, ancillary support components, and water pump systems. The company will primarily serve the global markets, excluding Canada and the state of Nevada in the United States. Founded in 1972, Cubex is a developer and manufacturer of ITH drilling products.
In a statement released by the company, Sandvik said it was looking forward to working with Cubex. With this new dealer agreement, Sandvik Mining and Construction now has the opportunity to offer complete solutions to customers working with in-the-hole drilling applications. Cubex has established a reputation known for excellent product knowledge, and world class customer service and support. Sandvik referred to the new dealer agreement as an opportunity to offer a team approach with Cubex to meet demand for underground mining applications.
