The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers provided Romarco Minerals with a schedule for completing the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for a Federal 404 Wetlands permit. A comment period begins after the Draft EIS is filed on December 14, 2012. A public hearing will be held January 29, 2013. Then the Draft EIS comment period ends on February 28, 2013. The Final EIS will be made available to public on July 19, 2013. A Record of Decision on permit will be made on August 16, 2013.
