Offering mines a fast and effective way to train field personnel on flotation, Outotec’s Virtual Experience Training combines an advanced simulator with basic and advanced instruction modules. In the basic training module, the theory of minerals processing, simulator exercises focus on the basic operations of the equipment and process circuit troubleshooting scenarios. The advanced training module uses additional intelligence tools to teach circuit optimization, including cost and revenue structure of the process circuit and maximizing recovery and profit in changing conditions.
