The agency is also extending the comment period and the close of the rulemaking record for the proposed rule addressing Examinations of Working Places in Metal and Nonmetal Mines (MNM), published on June 8 (81 FR 36818) from September 6 to September 30. The notice also clarifies and seeks additional comments on selected proposed provisions. The document will be published in the Federal Register on Thursday, August 25.
