In a new joint venture, Flowrox Automation has announced it will specialize in manufacturing and selling scaling sensors with designs by Rocsole Ltd., combining mathematical modeling and industrial measurement techniques.
The sensor allows users to see scaling inside process pipes while tomographically capturing images of formed deposits to calculate free volume-indexes in the process pipe, according to Flowrox representatives.
The product, to be marketed under the Flowrox Scaling Watch, will be launched by Q3 2014.
