The conference schedule and technical program for E&MJ’s Mineral Processing conference is set (www.minprocshow.com). The event, which will take place Oct. 10-12, 2011, at the Hyatt Incline Village in Lake Tahoe, Nev., opens with Keynote Dinner discussion of cyanide regulations. The conference theme is Balancing Recovery with Costs and three technical sessions will offer presentations that range from comminution to tailings management. Full-conference delegates will receive credit for eight professional development hours (PDHs) and speakers will receive credit for 16 PDHs. The conference is geared toward metallurgists, project engineers, mill managers and superintendents. A golf outing (weather permitting) has been organized for October 10 atthe Incline Championship Course at a very reasonable cost. Delegates are encouraged to register through the Website.
