San Gold has encountered consistent and superior widths and grades in underground drilling of the recently discovered L4 zone immediately south of its currently operating Hinge gold mine 1 km southeast of Bisset, Manitoba.

Intercepts from eight drill holes have included one of 6.8 m that assayed 29.1 g/mt gold, including a high-grade section containing 92.8 g/mt over 1.7 m. The L4 zone is located immediately to the south of the main Hinge zones and has been accessed by a decline from the mine. Initial mine development is under way near the top of the known zone limits, about 170 m below surface.
The L4 zone exhibits a high average width of 6.1 m, so far. The zone remains open along strike in both directions, as well as at depth. Intersections to date are located between 170 m and 230 m below surface and over a strike length of 61 m. Drilling continues both in and below the zone.
