North American Palladium has reported encouraging results from the winter exploration program at its Sunday Lake project 25 km northeast of Thunder Bay, Ontario. Highlights include an intercept of 18.65 m of 4.05 g/mt combined platinum, palladium, and gold (3E), including 4.9 m of 6.1 g/mt 3E and 0.64% copper that appears to represent a fault-related southwesterly extension to the previously intersected PGM mineralization in the eastern part of the Sunday Lake intrusion.
