Endeavour Mining’s ongoing exploration program in the Kari area 7 kilometers (km) west of its Houndé mine and processing plant in Burkina Faso has successfully extended the Kari Pump high-grade mineralization discovered in 2017 and discovered two additional large mineralized zones named Kari Centre and Kari West. Following the Kari Pump discovery, exploration efforts were prioritized on the wider Kari area, which hosts a large gold-in-soil geochemical anomaly measuring 6 km long by 2.5 km wide area.

Silver Bull Resources has signed an agreement with South32 Ltd. whereby South32 can earn a 70% interest in Silver Bull’s Sierra Mojada project in Coahuila, Mexico. To maintain its option in good standing, South32 must contribute minimum exploration funding of $10 million during a four-year option period.

Trilogy Metals has reported an initial inferred cobalt resource of 77 million lb at its Bornite copper-cobalt project in northwest Alaska. Ongoing metallurgical studies indicate that cobalt occurs predominantly as cobaltiferous pyrite, which would preferentially report to copper tailings following copper flotation. These studies indicate that a cobalt product may be produced on site and therefore justify reporting an initial cobalt resource in addition to the existing 5.5-billion-lb inferred copper resource.
