Endeavour Silver has planned a $9.2-million, 47,000-m, 175-hole exploration drill program to test multiple exploration targets in the three mining districts where the company is active in Mexico. The program will follow up new discoveries made near Endeavour’s mining operations at Guanacevi and Guanajuato and test new prospective targets within these districts.

Endeavour will also initiate surface exploration drilling on the San Sebastian properties it acquired last year in Jalisco state. Surface sampling has identified numerous high-grade silver and gold mineralized zones at San Sebastian that will be tested in 2011.

Endeavour currently holds 100% interests in 1,072 ha within the historic Guanacevi silver district. Since acquiring Guanacevi in 2004, the company has found five high-grade silver orebodies along a 5-km length of the prolific Santa Cruz silver vein.

In the Guanajuato district, Endeavour hold 100% interest in 2,314 ha. Since acquiring the properties in 2007, Endeavour has discovered three high-grade, silver-gold orebodies, one along the Veta Madre ore-bearing structure northwest of the Cebada mine and two along the La Luz mineralized veins southeast of the Lucero/Bolanitos mine.
