Cummins announced a new line of 175- and 200-kW natural gas generator sets for the North American market. The generator sets are available with a range of options and features that allow for tailored performance, control integration, reliability and serviceability, the company said.
Features include six-cylinder, spark-
ignited QSJ8.9G gas engines. The PowerCommand 2.3 control enables automatic remote starting and stopping, precise frequency and voltage regulation, alarm and status message display, and output metering.
A standard cooling package provides
reliable running in temperatures up to 122°F. The enclosure makes the models among the quietest and with the small-
est footprints on the market today, Cummins said.
The generator sets are backed by a comprehensive warranty and supported by Cummins networks.
