Following the acquisition of Rambooms and Marakon at the beginning of the year, Normet launched the Xrock line of hydraulic breakers for a variety of underground and surface applications. The supplier said adding the intelligence of Xrock Automation technology will optimize operating processes in a responsible way, boosting productivity and improving safety and sustainability.
The Xrock line includes breakers from 335 kg to 7,250 kg. A wide range of pedestal-mounted breaker booms are available for gyratory crushers and grizzlies.
Xrock Automation is an advanced tele-remote and automation system that combines hardware and software. It includes an operator station and boom system, which support multiple operations and are fully scalable to the mine’s needs.
