Volvo Penta ran two customized training courses for its industrial business dealers and customers in Anchorage, and at the Pogo Mine near Delta Junction in Alaska, U.S. For the first course, spanning three days, technicians from Delta Industrial Services, Matson-Dutch Harbor, Tyler Rental and Sandvik received full comprehensive training on Volvo Penta’s industrial heavy-duty diesels. Volvo Penta offers a wide selection of training courses. The company reported it trained more 1,200 technicians across all business segments in 2017 alone.
