Superior Industries, Inc. announced the pending acquisition of CEMCO, Inc. of Belen, New Mexico, U.S. CEMCO makes a vertical shaft impact crusher for road-making material.
With the acquisition, Superior Industries gained intellectual property, customers, dozens of employees, and a 13,000-m2 facility.
Superior Industries said it will further CEMCO’s incredible legacy. “Our care for employees, customers, and the Belen community will continue to be strong,” said President Jason Adams.
