MMC Norilsk Nickel contracted Outotec for the delivery of minerals processing technology and related advisory services to Kola Mining and Metallurgical Co.’s concentrator plant in Zapolyarny, Pechenga District, Russia.
Outotec’s scope includes engineering, the delivery of filtration, thickening, flotation and analyzer equipment, as well as training and site services. The deliveries will take place at the end of 2018. The contract value booked in Outotec’s third-quarter 2017 order intake is more than EUR 13 million.
