Master Drilling Group announced an initial 25% investment in A&R Group. The development advances efforts by Master Drilling to prioritize technological innovation, the company said.
“Investing in A&R is synergistic for Master Drilling and aligned with our strategy to diversify our services and invest in businesses that help us meet our clients’ demand for increased mechanisation and digitization,” said Danie Pretorius, CEO, Master Drilling.
A&R Engineering & Mining Supplies offers management systems and safety solutions for underground rail-bound and trackless equipment. A&R Group subsidiary Lamproom Solutions & Consulting is known for its Comprehensive Mine Management System, which is currently used to manage in excess of 100,000 lamps daily.
