Hindustan Zinc, of Vedanta Group, declared GHH a Best Performing Business Partner. In the last half year, GHH Bumi contract mined at Zawar Mala mine. The designation was merited due to excellent performance, safety, production and asset optimization, GHH reported.

GHH BUMI Mining Service was established in late 2020. At Zawar Malla, it employs 350 and has been responsible for production and mine development. It uses 20 LHDs, dumpers and drill rigs from the GHH Group.

GHH Group said the development proves the contract miner is a reliable business partner. “A cooperation that started almost four years ago with the supply of mining machinery and has resulted in being awarded as mining contractor and OEM,” GHH Group CEO Jan Petzold said. “This is a special incentive to be able to conclude the second MDO contract with HZL, which is currently in preparation.”

GHH BUMI is also currently preparing for the expansion at the Mochia Balaria Decline Project.
