Ground Force Worldwide agreed to acquire the assets and operations of TowHaul Corp. Henceforth, TowHaul will be marketed and distributed under the Ground Force portfolio.

The acquisition will assist Ground Force in its efforts to deliver a comprehensive suite of products and services, Ground Force said. “We expect TowHaul and Ground Force to strongly complement each other in the marketplace, and jointly execute on a number of synergistic growth opportunities,” said President Luke Stravos.

Based in Montana, U.S.A., TowHaul makes heavy-duty, off-road specialty mining support equipment. It is known for its front- and rear-loading lowboy trailers.

Ground Force makes specialty material-handling vehicles for mining, including fuel and lube trucks, water trucks, dump bodies and rock spreaders.
