To better support its customer base in North America, CDE Global opened a new location in Cleburne, Texas, during late September. “This is the latest in a series of investments the company has made recently,” Kevin Kelly, president, North America, CDE, said. “CDE has invested $40 million in a relatively short period of time, starting with a new headquarters for 500 people in Ireland. The company purchased a 300,000-ft2 facility, which will serve as the company’s R&D center.” Addressing the crowd at its grand opening, Kelly explained that the Cleburne facility represents a $6 million investment including stock and equipment, and it’s also the company’s largest investment outside of Ireland.
