Sweden’s Dellner Brakes, Germany’s Pintsch Bubenzer GmbH and Italy’s Rima Srl joined to form the Dellner Bubenzer Group, a global supplier of braking products for the mining space. The new $114 million, 480-employee Dellner Bubenzer Group will operate globally though their existing facilities in Sweden, Germany, Belgium, Italy, USA, Dubai, India, Malaysia, Singapore and China. Dellner Brakes, Pintsch Bubenzer and Rima will continue to operate under their own brands.
