The BEUMER Group acquired FAM Magdeburg, a supplier of large conveying systems and loading technology. The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of May.
FAM is one of the world’s leading full-range suppliers of bulk materials handling and processing plants, and the acquisition will strengthen BEUMER’s position as a supplier of large material handling systems.
