Fortescue Metals Group appointed Cameron Wilson as company secretary. Most recently, Wilson was general counsel and company secretary at Iluka Resources Ltd. Alison Terry will continue as joint company secretary in addition to her role as group manager of corporate affairs. Ian Wells will step down from the joint company secretary role following his appointment as CFO.
