DRDGOLD Ltd. appointed Timothy Cumming, a nonexecutive director of the company, as chairman of the board of directors and the nominations committee, effective December 1. He is also an independent non-executive director of Sibanye-Stillwater. Current Chairman Geoff Campbell resigned as director and chair of the board on January 26, 2021, effective December 1, 2021. Edmund Jeneker will remain as the lead independent director of the company. Cumming was appointed to the DRDGOLD Board in July 2020. He is also an independent nonexecutive director of Sibanye-Stillwater Ltd. and Nedgroup Investments Ltd. and serves as non-executive chairman of Riscura Holdings Ltd.
