Flanders signed a partnership agreement with Center Rock Capital Partners, a private equity firm, on March 1. Flanders will become a platform company for Center Rock Capital, supporting a shared vision for growth between both companies.

“This partnership enables Flanders to move forward with key growth strategies and development and work with a firm that not only supports and shares the vision but is excited by it,” Flanders CEO Allen Patterson said. “Our people fuel our progress, and I am eager to see what the coming years bring.”

“For more than seven decades, Flanders has addressed its customers’ critical needs through industry-leading technical capability and highly responsive customer service,” said Brent Willson, principal at Center Rock.  “The company’s diverse end market expertise and extensive geographic coverage have created great momentum, and we are excited to work with Patterson and his team to help facilitate future growth opportunities.”

Flanders said it is pushing for geographic expansion and continued product development, especially in preventative and predictive technology. The company’s focus remains on serving its customers and communities with innovative solutions and excellence.
