Cementation Americas has completed its acquisition of Terra Nova Technologies (TNT). Established in 1997 in San Diego, California, TNT with offices in Boise, Idaho, USA, and Santiago, Chile, has successfully delivered approximately 75 projects in more than 15 countries. With this diverse international footprint, TNT has earned a solid reputation for providing quality design, supply and commissioning services for crushing and screening plants, overland conveyors, heap leach systems and mobile stacking systems for waste and dry tailings.

“The joining of TNT and Cementation expands and improves the services we are able to provide our clients,” said Justin Oleson, president of Cementation Americas. “Just as engineering and construction work better together, so does mining and material handling.  This combination provides a strong platform to truly deliver ‘best for project’ solutions to the minerals industry worldwide.”

“TNT embarks on a new chapter in our 23-year history as part of the Cementation group,” TNT President Ron Kelly said. “With a common culture of safety and customer centric focus in the mining industry, the union of TNT and Cementation is well-positioned to grow in both traditional and new markets in the years to come.”
