Sandvik Mining officials have unveiled their groundbreaking Minestories.com—a one-stop redeveloped storytelling portal for digital content chronicling the mining industry’s storied people, products, trends and technology.
The content hub, previously at solidgroundmagazine.com, has been retooled for visual appeal, according to Sandvik representatives. It is as enjoyable to watch as it is easy to find and share through social media, according to Jeanette Svensson, marketing communications/brand manager at Sandvik Mining.
“Minestories.com is a mine of information about our industry—and a new custom newsletter function now makes extracting your favorite content to share with colleagues even easier,” whether on computers or mobile devices, she said.
As opposed to Solidgroundmagazine.com, primarily featuring material from a twice-a-year customer magazine, Solid Ground, Svensson said, “Minestories.com will be updated regularly with much more fresh and online-only content. If there’s a mining story to tell, chances are you’ll read about it here.”
