RungePincockMinarco (RPM) has entered into a business partnership agreement with Maintex, where Maintex will act as a reseller of RPM’s Asset Management product, AMT, as well as providing implementation services and consulting advice in the Russian and CIS regions. Based in St. Petersburg, Maintex will work with RPM’s regional and global teams to meet the asset management needs of the Russian and CIS regions. In partnering with RPM, Maintex builds upon their expert knowledge and experience of these mining environments with AMT.

“Partnering with Maintex is a logical next step in expanding our relationship with the OMEGALLIANCE group and the Russian and CIS regions,” said RPM’s CEO and Managing Director Richard Mathews. “Maintex are proven experts in the maintenance field and understand the unique requirements of the Russian market.”

Roman Romakhin, managing director of Maintex, also commented on the partnership. “Our goal at Maintex is to improve reliability and productivity of Russian miners and equipment,” he said. “Using our maintenance experience and partnering with RPM and their product AMT, we have an innovative and robust offering. We are very excited about this partnership and expect long term success in the region.”
