Precision Pulley and Idler (PPI) acquired Clark Ingenieria Y Desarrollo S.A., a Chilean-based conveyor component manufacturer. Located in Santiago, Clark produces high-performance conveyor components combined with exceptional customer service, according to PPI.
Clark provides a complete line of conveyor idlers and currently has a facility expansion under way to manufacturer an extensive line of conveyor pulleys. With full production capabilities, engineering staff, and customer service located in Chile, PPI and Clark are positioned to make a strong presence together to better serve the South American bulk material handling industry. The integration process between both companies will be taking place over the next few months.
