Technology mining firm Pyott-Boone Electronics (PBE) has announced the acquisition of Mine Radio Systems (MRS). “MRS is a perfect fit for PBE as a reliable provider with an impressive and diverse global footprint,” said PBE CEO Stuart Champion de Crespigny. “The acquisition solidifies our commitment to customer oriented global sales and local service.”

For 25 years, MRS has been a leading supplier of advanced communication systems in mining and tunneling. It operates 12 offices on six continents, with headquarters in Ontario, Canada. Established in 1971, PBE is a mine safety and technology company.
