Indisa S.A. has joined the Hatch Group of Companies. Working together as Hatch-Indisa, this new partnership will further enhance Hatch’s growing presence in Latin America and open new opportunities to deliver integrated solutions to clients in Colombia and Mexico. Established in 1978 as a mechanical engineering design company in Colombia and Mexico, Indisa employs 360 people. The new partnership will leverage Hatch’s global, multisector experience and technical expertise, and combine it with Indisa’s local market knowledge and professional capabilities to deliver a high level of service, according to Hatch.

“With the addition of our new Indisa colleagues in the areas of engineering and fabrication and assembly to our global team, we’re stronger than ever and have the expertise to provide greater value and better results to our clients, as together we become the service provider of choice in the region,” said Fernando Vivanco, Hatch managing director for Latin America.

With headquarters in Medellin, Colombia, and a branch office in Mexico City, Mexico, Hatch-Indisa will build on long-term relationships with clients such as Cerro Matoso, the Red Eagle mine, Argos, EPM and FEMSA.
