Officials at Minemax Inc. announced they are operating a new North America facility in Denver under a new mining expert. W. Brian Lambert, with a Ph.D. in Mineral and Energy Economics from the Colorado School of Mines will lead the team; he is also an expert on special mining techniques reducing open pit block sequencing problems. Lambert will provide training, technical support and consulting for the company’s North American clients; another mining engineer will join Lambert in May.
Based in Perth Australia, Minemax provides optimization and scheduling solutions through technology and other consulting services.
