Artemis Resources has begun refurbishing the Radio Hill concentrator 35 kilometers (km) south of Karratha, Western Australia, with the goal of establishing it as a multi-commodity processing facility for its regional mines. The plant, which Artemis acquired from Fox Resources in April, has been on care and maintenance since 2008. Karratha is a small city of about 20,000 that adjoins the port of Dampier in northwest Western Australia.
