Responding to the growing use of smart phones, tablets and other hand-held devices, Atlas Copco has introduced a mobile-device app from its Underground Rock Excavation division.
By downloading the free app, users gain access to information pertaining to the company’s range of underground face drilling rigs, loaders, trucks and other equipment. Content includes high-resolution images that allow products to be viewed from all angles. In addition, content can be synchronized so that it can be accessed offline, and the app’s GPS function can direct users to the nearest Atlas Copco office.
