Crusher spare and wear parts manufacturer Crusher Manganese Steels Ltd. (CMS Cepcor), said it has formalized a five-year service agreement with FLSmidth covering the supply of repairs and services for the Fuller-Traylor primary gyratory range of crushers in the local market. CMS Cepcor, founded in 1989, is a Europe-based aftermarket manufacturer and supplier of machined crusher spare parts, premium manganese steel crusher wear parts and crusher service to the mining, quarrying, demolition and recycling industries worldwide.

During the term of the agreement CMS Cepcor will be an authorized FLSmidth service facility offering technical support, crusher service, critical inspections and crusher repairs to original factory specifications, including the supply of genuine Fuller-Traylor gyratory crusher spare parts. CMS Cepcor said its engineers have been formally trained by FLSmidth to ensure all maintenance work is completed in accordance with factory procedures and to the highest level of workmanship.

Initially covering the U.K. and Ireland, CMS Cepcor was recently hired to assist FLSmidth on work involving a Fuller-Traylor 60 x 113-in. (152 x 287-cm) gyratory operated by a large Swedish mining company based in Gallivare, providing skilled crusher labor and component repair services.
